IMPORTANT - Website Ordering over Christmas
Although we try and keep most items in stock, this cannot be guaranteed. The last Website order date for Christmas Delivery is MONDAY 18th December 2022, although this is by no means a guarantee!  Orders after this date will be dealt with the utmost urgency of course but we cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas.  We are experiencing long delays with deliveries and this is the latest statement from DPD :

"The ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail during our industry's peak time of the year has seen a huge demand for additional, unplanned, and uncontrollable volume enter the network by our existing customer base.  As a result of this, the past two weeks have been the most challenging we've seen as a network and certainly not something I've witnessed in the 14 peaks I've worked for DPD.

Further to our ongoing efforts to clear the backlogs, we've had to restrict customers' shipping to the worst affected postcodes by 'turning' these off at the point of booking.  You will see an error message asking you to try again within 48 hours.  This week we are also capping some of our largest customer volume and next week, this will roll down to our smaller to medium sized customers.  The business will be sending out letters via email to the customers that are capped and this will advise the daily cap, and which days we are implementing this.

Helmet City are having collections from DPD up until Friday 22nd December, but unfortunately we cannot promise the items will be delivered in time for Christmas.  The Website will of course be operational and orders placed Online during the Christmas period will be despatched as soon as possible in the New Year, after January 2nd 2024.
