How HC Points Work
When you place your first Order with Helmetcity.co.uk you must create an account. Once your order has been despatched, the HC Points will be stored in your account, ready to be used on your next purchase.
When you then place your next order, your HC Points will be clearly visible in the Shopping Cart (you must be logged into your account to see them). You can then choose to use them for that purchase or leave them for another time.
HC Points are not set to expire, use them whenever you want! *
How do I get HC Points?
Full Price Products - 5 HC Points for every £1 spent. Examples:
- £100 = 500 HC Points
- £200 = 1000 HC Points
- £300 = 1500 HC Points
- £500 = 2500 HC Points
Sale Products
2 HC Points for every £1 spent. Eg. Spend £50 and receive 100 HC Points, spend £500 and get 1000 HC Points
- £100 = 200 HC Points
- £200 = 400 HC Points
- £300 = 600 HC Points
- £500 = 1000 HC Points

What are HC Points worth?
HC Points are worth a £1 discount for every 100 points you redeem. Some examples :
- 500 HC Points = £5
- 1000 HC Points = £10

- 2000 HC Points = £20
- 5000 HC Points = £50

How will I know the points I will earn?
Each product has the number of HC Points you will get clearly displayed on it's page.
Is there a minimum spend when I redeem my HC Points?
No, you can redeem HC Points against any purchase through www.helmetcity.co.uk. Any leftover HC Points will remain in your account. Points cannot be spent in our shops, they can only be spent online at www.helmetcity.co.uk. The Points value is taken off the total price including VAT (where applied), not the Net price.
Helmet City HC Points cannot be redeemed for cash, they have no cash value.

- HC Points are NOT available if you checkout as Guest, an Account must be created - the system cannot assign points to an Account that does not exist.

Urban winter gloves featuring waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® membrane and warm Fiberfill padding, conceived to protect against the cold in even the harshest temperatures during short- to medium-distance travel.
Great attention is paid to thermal comfort, combined with protection levels in line with Dainese standards owing to the integration of sheepskin reinforcements on palm and fingers and soft Comf-tek knuckle protectors in viscoelastic polyurethane ergonomically designed for maximum riding sensitivity.
Featuring optimal wearability and fit, owing to the adjustable cuff, the Livigno Gore-Tex® Thermal Gloves are padded thermal gloves made of four-way stretch fabric with pre-curved finger construction.
The gloves also integrate Smart Touch inserts, so that smartphones and touch-screen GPS systems can be used without having to remove them.
