DELIVERY INFORMATION

 * - Same Day Despatch Information 
Helmet City will despatch any product marked with the 'Same Day Despatch' Label on the SAME DAY it is ordered (Monday to Friday), but only if the order is placed before 12 o'clock midday.  You will receive an email with your tracking details.  Please note this does not guarantee next day delivery, although most orders once despatched are delivered the next working day.  Only the actual product marked with the 'Same Day Despatch' label is included in the offer, if additional items are added to the order and they are not displaying that label, the order may be delayed.  Although we have most of them in stock, product add ons like visors, bluetooth systems etc may have to be ordered separately and could delay the despatch time.  Items ordered during a holiday period - Christmas/New Year for example - will be despatched as soon as we are back in (See relevant holiday page using one of the links below).

**FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £25** (subject to location)
Helmet City provides FREE DELIVERY to almost all mainland UK addresses on orders over £25.  For orders below £25, we charge a nominal £4 and the orders are despatched via courier (DPD or FedEx) on a next day service (not Royal Mail).  We aim to dispatch in 1-5 working days, maybe more for out of stock items or items that are special order. Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands is FREE only if the order value is over £150.00. Low value items sent to Northern Ireland and other non UK mainland addresses and these postcodes : AB31-AB38, AB40-AB45, AB51-AB56, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV49, IV51-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH1, PH5-PH26, PH30-PH44, ZE1-ZE3 will incur a nominal fee, we will contact you if this is the case.  Next day delivery is not guaranteed, but most items are delivered in 2-5 working days.

Despatch
Items are despatched via DPD or FedEx, please donwload the relevant apps from your provider.  With the new DPD Predict service, your parcel can be tracked by you every step of the way, make sure to download the App.  An email with the tracking number is sent when the item is marked for despatch.

Our Helmets are sent out in Brand New boxes, items clearly damaged in transit should not be accepted as once signed for, are accepted as delivered complete and undamaged. Helmet City cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.

Please remember that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are packaged for transport. Insufficient packaging resulting in the product being damaged will be the responsibility of the customer.  The box of the product must be wrapped / protected and not covered in tape or labels.  A restocking fee may be charged for any original boxes damaged due to careless packing.  However, if we send the wrong item or there is a fault upon delivery, we will pay for the return.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to dispatch stock items to the UK in 1-5 working days.  Items shown on the website are not guaranteed in stock, however we do try and keep the website as accurate as possible. Delivery times may increase if items are out of stock or for items that are special order.

Care of your parcel
Your satisfaction is essential to Helmet city, which is why we use DPD and Royal Mail to send our products. ALL helmets are checked manually by us prior to despatch and are then placed into a brand new strong brown cardboard box. This protects the helmet and makes it easy for the customer to check for damage.
