DPD are continuously monitoring the situation and will share with us the latest status by destination country and the delays they are experiencing. They have also supplied us with a list of Restricted Postcodes which they cannot currently send to.

This means we can now deliver to every area in Italy and Croatia as well as the rest of Europe from today onwards.

**FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders!!** (subject to location)
Helmet City provides FREE DELIVERY to almost all mainland UK addresses. We aim to dispatch in 2-5 working days, maybe more for out of stock items or items that are special order. Delivery to Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands is FREE only if the order value is over £150.00. Low value items sent to Northern Ireland and other non UK mainland addresses may incur a nominal fee, we will contact you. Next day delivery is not guaranteed, but most items are delivered in 2-5 working days.

We will be updating this information as and when our deals are finalised with the EU. From what we can see, if we remain in the Customs Union, there will be no change in the cost of sending our products to the EU. However, if we leave with a No Deal or with a Deal without being in the Customs Union, then unfortunately our customers will have to pay Import Duty on their Order. International / EU Shipping
We use DPD or UPS to deliver to all current EU destinations as well as all other European countries. Delivery is FREE to selected EU Countries, if the order value is over £150. We aim to dispatch in 2-5 working days. Delivery is also FREE to other selected EU Countries if the order value is over £200. Please add the product to your shopping basket and select your country to see how much it is. Delivery to the Canary Islands is not free, the price currently is £75 for one helmet and we will contact the customer to let them know how to pay the additional amount. The Canary Islands charge Customs Clearance and other charges which we are not responsible for. We deliver to most other worldwide destinations and a live quote is given during the checkout process. Simply enter your postcode, town and country and the system will give you an accurate price for DPD Delivery based on the destination and volumetric weight of the order. Helmet City cannot be held responsible for any taxes or any other import charges your country may impose for importation of your order. Please await confirmation of despatch before pre-paying any VAT or taxes that may be due. Please contact your country's custom office to check if you are liable to incur importation charges. Helmet City is not responsible for extended area delivery charges or errors in the online order shipping system. If an order is placed and shipping must be charged due to a system error, customer neglecting to select the correct option or additional charges due to remote locations, Helmet City will contact the customer with shipping information and a price.
Intercoms and other items containing Lithium batteries cannot be sent by Air, for example to Australia, New Zealand, America etc.
In order to send to Norway, DPD must have the customers PID Number. Customs in Norway will not clear any item without the PID number. We will email you once your order is received.

Items are despatched via DPD. With the new DPD Predict service, your parcel can be tracked by you every step of the way, make sure to download the App. An email with the tracking number is sent when the item is marked for despatch.
Our Helmets are sent out in Brand New boxes, items clearly damaged in transit should not be accepted as once signed for, are accepted as delivered complete and undamaged. Helmet City cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.
Please remember that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are packaged for transport. Insufficient packaging resulting in the product being damaged will be the responsibility of the customer. The box of the product must be wrapped / protected and not covered in tape or labels. A restocking fee may be charged for any original boxes damaged due to careless packing. However, if we send the wrong item or there is a fault upon delivery, we will pay for the return.
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to dispatch stock items to the UK in 2-5 working days. Delivery times will vary for non UK delivery destinations, but we aim to deliver all European orders within 3 – 7 working days. Items shown on the website are not guaranteed in stock, however we do try and keep the website as accurate as possible. Delivery times may increase if items are out of stock or for items that are special order.
Care of your parcel
Your satisfaction is essential to Helmet city, which is why we use DPD and Royal Mail to send our products. ALL helmets are checked manually by us prior to despatch and are then placed into a brand new strong brown cardboard box. This protects the helmet and makes it easy for the customer to check for damage.
